Return Policy Conditions
Returned items must be in original factory fresh condition within 30 days showing no signs of wear and tear. All returns must include all original packaging, paperwork, cartons and accessories (including owner manuals and warranty card) for a complete refund. Any products not returned in factory fresh condition (e.g. weathered products, missing items, packaging, or paperwork) will be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. After 30 days from the date of purchase, all warranty inquiries must be made directly with the manufacturer. Norwalk Music is NOT responsible for manufacturers defects after our 30 day return period.
All refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the value of the equipment only, and do not include shipping charges. Outbound shipping is occasionally free with purchase, but if the item is returned, these shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Return Policy for Microphones and any Recordable Media
Multi-track, Hard Disk, and DAT recorders, CD Recorders & Duplicators, Tape Decks and Duplicators and Microphones (wired or wireless) are returnable for store credit or exchange only. Upon return, these items are checked thoroughly. Those found to have excessive use time and or head wear will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 25%.
Non-Returnable Items
All items from the following categories are non-returnable: Copyrighted Material: Sheet music, Books, Videos, Software, Sample Libraries, CD-ROM's. Recording media: Cassette, Reel, or Dat tape, Minidisc, Zip disk, or CDR's. Accessories: Cymbals, Drumheads, Drumsticks, Cleaning Supplies,Care Products, Rosin, Reeds, Mouthpieces, Harmonicas, Kazoos, Tubes, Pickups, Strings, Pitch Pipes, Ear plugs & In ear monitors.
